Nasturtium Mix -   tropaeolum majus

Nasturtiums are a gardener's dream. They are virtually carefree once established.  Widely used as a salad herb for its spicy, peppery flavor, it is grown commercially in the United States. It also contains high concentrations of vitamins and minerals. Grind the seeds in a pepper mill, and use as you would black pepper.
