Feverfew -  Tanacetum parthenium

Feverfew grows into a small bush up to around 18 inches high, with citrus-scented leaves and is covered by flowers reminiscent of daisies. It spreads rapidly, and they will cover a wide area after a few years. It has been used for reducing fever, for treating headaches, arthritis and digestive problems. Modern work has supported the use of feverfew as a treatment for migraine headaches. Recently, feverfew has been used by a popular natural skincare brand to calm red and irritated skin.  It is found around the world and in the U.S. particularly in western states such as California.

Adverse effects include: GI distress, mouth ulcers, and antiplatelet actions.
