Basil Greek Ocimum basilicum
This is a very fine variety from Italy of a species, not of Greek origin but originating in Chile. This strain forms a perfectly dome shape bush of every appearance of having been pruned to that shape. This bush is composed of a countless number of tiny, little, thin leaves, each less than ¼ in. in length, and with a delicious strong scent.
